Please help us evaluate the use and usefulness of the AASL Core List of Periodicals! Submit by February 18th, 2021.

Lucy and I along with Rose Orcutt, Architecture and Planning Librarian at the University of  Buffalo, and Kathy Edwards, Architecture Librarian at Clemson University are preparing an article on the history, use, and importance of the core list of architectural periodicals: https://www.architecturelibrarians.org/coreperiodicalslist

We are currently seeking input from faculty on how it might be or is being used in teaching, accreditation, and your choices for submission for publication.

Would you please take few minutes to complete the survey?  This will help us as well as other colleagues in the field.

By way of background, the survey seeks to understand how architecture faculty use architecture journals in instruction and research.

The survey is entirely voluntary and will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Your refusal to participate will involve no penalty or loss of benefits to you. You may refuse to answer any questions that you do not want to answer. Please note that your responses are anonymous and no individually identifying information is being collected.

There are no known risks to participating in this survey and there is no cost to you for participating in this survey. There are no direct benefits to you for participating in this survey but your feedback may help architecture librarians better understand what challenges you encountered during the spring semester of 2020.

If you have questions, concerns, or complaints, or think the research has hurt you, talk to the research team at rmorcutt@buffalo.edu.  You may also contact the research participant advocate at 716-888-4845 or researchadvocate@buffalo.edu.
