A market research was taken, data were categorized and filtered to social housing. The result is that this demand impacts average 17% of the property sales value, which could be transformed in over 7 m² of private area. Considering this and that the primary need of social housing is to guarantee the basic demand of shelter, it is concluded that this regulation must be reconsidered.
