Call for Reviewers

There will only be one round of peer-review for this conference. Reviewers will review Papers, Design Projects, and Research Articles.
ACSA is seeking qualified architecture faculty and practitioners to serve as peer reviewers. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of ACSA and contribute to architectural research. Peer reviewers are essential to the integrity of ACSA’s review process and we greatly appreciate your interest.
Desired Qualifications
- Record of peer-review conference presentation or publication;
- Current teaching position in architecture or affiliated field; OR
- Experience with architectural research outside of academia
ACSA’s Annual Meeting Committee will review all submissions for qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Review ten to twelve papers (4000 words), projects (1000 words) and research articles (1500-words) and provide ratings and comments (this may vary based on submission numbers);
- Work with ACSA staff to maintain the blind review process and academic integrity.
Paper, Design Project & Research Article Submissions
- Does the submission make a new and original contribution to the field?
- Does the submission present a clearly articulated thesis with supporting methods and compelling content?
- Given your review, has the author(s) developed the submission successfully?
- Overall, would you accept this submission for presentation at the ACSA Annual Meeting?
- Comments for the Authors: Please provide constructive comments for the author(s).
