Object Fields

Object Fields was a third year UndergraduateDesign Studio with a focus on spatial organizationsdefined by the active role of objects.Rather than looking at objects as a the lastlayer to populate space, the studio embracedthe agency latent in objects as generatorsof spatial configurations. With a particularemphasis on the documentation, production,and placement of objects in space, participantsin the studio explored a series of proposalswhere content became container ofspace and traditional content-container relationshipswere blurred.
