Competencies for Architectural Licensure: How They Can Inform Education, and Education Can Inform the Future Licensing Process
Join representatives from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) as they share insights into how the recent launch of the NCARB Competency Standard for Architects is guiding decision-making about future licensing programs. As NCARB explores innovative ways to validate individuals’ competency and reduce redundancy in the licensure process, the role of education becomes even more integral. This session invites you to engage with NCARB and ACSA colleagues to discuss and help shape the next steps in the evolution of the licensing process.
