University of Michigan

The Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan invites applications for its fellowship program. These fellowships, among the oldest and most recognized of their kind, are designed for early-career scholars and practitioners looking to deepen their work in a dynamic academic setting. They offer teaching opportunities, resources for project development, and collaboration with a vibrant community of researchers.

Fellows will spend two years in residence, typically teaching three classes in their first year and four in their second, while also pursuing their own significant interdisciplinary research projects. We encourage applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds and perspectives who are eager to contribute to the evolving dialogue of urbanism and architecture.
