The Association of Architecture School Librarians held its 45th annual conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico, March 15th-18th. We could not have had as successful a conference without the support of our vendors. We would like to formally thank them for their continued sponsorship and participation. Most are long term sponsors, but this year AMAG Magazine and Ebsco Art & Architecture Complete joined the group. In addition to financial support, our vendors provide us with rich resources that enable us as architecture librarians to provide appropriate, in-depth, and up to date resources for our patrons. AMAG Magazine is based in Portugal and offers a variety of publications. In addition to their magazine which covers contemporary architecture, they have two book series. Pocket Books is a scholarly series based on research which addresses specific topics or people. By example, Eduardo Souto de Moura is the subject of Publication 01. Art and Architecture ePortal. An important source of art and architectural history scholarly content, this resource provides access to book chapters and images from publications issued by a number of museums as well as academic presses, including MIT Press, Princeton University Press, and Yale University Press. Currently there are 346 titles, including architecture related titles like Paul Atterbury’s A.W. N. Pugin: Master of Gothic Revival, Eeva-Liisa Pelkonen’s Alvar Aalto: Architecture, Modernity, and Geopolitics and Dell Upton’s Another City: Urban Life and Urban Spaces in the New American Republic. The user can search by categories, such as surveys, or author, title, publisher, and subject. The advanced search allows for searching by term or keyword.

Archivision provides over 124,000 high quality images of architectural sites from ancient to modern. Landscape design and public art is included. This is a curated collection with approximately 6,000 images added per year and robust metadata and descriptions.

Birkhauser Building Types Database is an important tool for the study of architectural design. The database offers detailed search and browse access to the contents of the Birkhäuser program on building types. All content is written and selected by internationally renowned authors in architectural design.

Ebsco Art & Architecture Complete is a comprehensive research database which provides full-text articles from both peer and non-peer reviewed titles and open and non-access issues.  Over 362 journals are indexed.

Jordan Antiques & Antiquarian Books offers a significant and extensive collection of books on Americana. The website includes a list of architecture books offered for sale.

MADCAD is cloud-based and offers subscriptions to current and some older codes and standards such as those issued by the International Code Council (ICC), ACI, ASHRAE, ASTM, IEEE, and NFPA. Subscriptions can be customized to meet specific needs for content, user limits or time frame. The user has access to the entire document, but searching can be done within documents.

OnArchitecture is an important audiovisual archive focusing on contemporary architecture. Founded in 2012, over 600 professionally curated videos are currently available. Included are practitioners, educators and theorists.

Pidgeon Digital began as a series of slide/tape lectures initiated and curated by Monica Pidgeon, who was then editor of Architectural Design. The now online audiovisual archive includes lectures by iconic architects including Mies van der Rohe. The Graham Foundation recently began mining the content of these lectures and hosting events based on them.

The Plan Journal, which was launched in 2016, is a core to the field of architecture and an important publication venue for architecture faculty. It is double-blind peer reviewed and one of the few such journals indexed by Scopus. There are two issues per year and it is available online and in print.

UrbanNext was created in 2015 by Actar Publishers, revamped and recently launched. Its digital multi-format platform, timely and engaging content is appealing to this generation of students.
