Fall Conference
Virtual Conference Access
Registered conference attendees have access to the virtual conference platform. When you click on the LINK, you will enter the conference site and complete a two-step verification. You will receive an email with personalized log-in code to access the site. Once that code is entered, you will finish setting up your profile and then have full access to the conference platform.
Networking & Schedule
Conference attendees will be able to complete a few background details, in your profile, and then will be able to connect with conference attendees. Attendees will have the ability to message or schedule a meeting with other attendees. You will also have the ability to create your own schedule of sessions and link sessions to your calendar, once you enter the conference platform.
Sessions
Sessions will feature presentations, both pre-recorded & live, followed by a live discussion or Q&A with the presenters. Session moderators will guide the discussions and select questions from the audience, submitted during the session. Audience participants will be muted, but will be able to submit questions via the conference platform for the live discussion.
Face-to-Face Discussion Breaks
After each session, there will be a discussion break to continue the discussion in the Lounge. Select a session table and take a seat for a face-to-face discussions with session speakers & attendees.
Recorded Sessions
Conference registrants will have access to recorded presentations and sessions through November 1, 2021. This will allow you the opportunity to see presentations you might have missed or enjoyed and would like to watch again.
Continuing Education
Earn AIA, Health Safety & Welfare (HSW), Continuing Education Credit for sessions you attend. Claim your continuing education credits by simply completing an online form located in the conference platform & included in conference daily notifications. Please include your AIA number to receive credit or request an attendee certificate.
