Virtual Conference Access

Welcome to the 2020 AIA/ACSA Intersection Research Virtual Conference: CARBON! We’re excited that you’re joining us for this online experience.
You have registered for the conference and now have access to the virtual conference platform. When you click on the LINK, you will have to enter your email address and create a password. You must use the email associated with your conference registration, exactly as it appears. The site will then prompt you for a password. You can choose any password. You will then be prompted to confirm your password, and enter the site. Please remember your password because you will need it to log in to the conference each day. If you forget your password, enter your email address, then click the Forgot Password link underneath the password box.
Connections & Schedule
Conference attendees will have the ability message or schedule a meeting with other attendees. You will also have the ability to create your own schedule of sessions and update your conference profile, once you enter the conference platform.
Sessions
Sessions will feature live introductions, pre-recorded presentations, followed by a live discussion or Q/A with the presenters. Session moderators will guide the discussions and select questions from the audience, submitted during the session. Audience participants will be muted, but will be able to submit questions via the conference platform for the live discussion.
Continuing Education
Earn AIA, Health Safety Welfare, Continuing Education Credit for sessions you attend. Claim your continuing education credits by simply completing an online form located in the conference platform & included in conference daily notifications. Please include your AIA number to receive credit or request a certificate.
Abstracts & Schedule
Read session descriptions and research abstracts online HERE. Plan your time at the conference and determine which sessions you don’t want to miss.
Recorded VIDEO PRESENTATIONS
Attendees will have access to session video recordings a week after the conference.
Conference registrants will have access to many of the recorded presentations after the conference, for a limited time. This will allow you the opportunity to see presentations you might have missed or enjoyed and would like to watch again. Links and access to these recorded presentations will be sent to conference registrants directly, after the conference.
You must have registered for the conference to access the recorded presentation videos. When you click on the link, you will need to log into the webpage with your ACSA username and password. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password link.
